Machinist mini fixture pallet
These are precision CNC machined on all sides from 6081 Aluminium.
Each fixture pallet has a 20 x 20 mm hole pattern machined into them. Each hole is reamed to accept a 6 mm dowel pin and threaded to accept an M6 bolt.
These mini pallets are machined to 150 mm x 200 mm x 28 mm
Each fixture pallet is supplied with:
4 dowel pin 14 mm in length
4 dowel pins 25 mm in length
4 M6 cap head Allen bolts 25 mm long
4 M6 cap head Allen bolts 40 mm long
